Client Agreement & Terms of Service

By engaging with Vira Aesthetics LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below

Vira Aesthetics LLC is a medical tourism coordination and concierge service, not a healthcare provider.

We facilitate logistics and introductions between clients and independent, licensed medical professionals abroad.

All medical procedures, risks, decisions, and outcomes are strictly between you and your selected healthcare provider.

We do not offer medical diagnoses, opinions, or advice.

Any content shared by Vira Aesthetics LLC (verbally, written, or online) is for informational or logistical purposes only.

No patient-provider relationship exists between you and Vira Aesthetics.

You assume full responsibility for your medical decisions, procedures, travel, and associated risks.

You understand and acknowledge that all medical care is provided by independent third parties, not Vira Aesthetics LLC.

You agree to conduct your own due diligence regarding the qualifications and reputation of any provider introduced to you.

Vira Aesthetics LLC is not responsible for:

Medical outcomes, complications, or dissatisfaction with procedures

Surgeon or clinic cancellations, delays, or changes in treatment

Airline, visa, or travel disruptions

Miscommunications between clients and providers (including interpreted conversations)

If an interpreter is used during your consultation or surgeon call, you understand they are third-party professionals.

You acknowledge that Vira Aesthetics LLC is not liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or misunderstandings arising from translation services.

You consent to the use of your submitted information by the Vira Aesthetics LLC team to coordinate services on your behalf.

You authorize us to communicate with you via email, text, and phone for service-related purposes.

You may opt out of communications at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
